ListMyHome is less expensive than traditional agents as our agents do not work for commission and as we are online only, we do not lease offices or otherwise.
ListMyHome was created due to agents fees becoming increasingly greater and reducing the sale proceeds available to vendors – we experienced various instances of vendors stating that agents fees are too high so we created ListMyHome with fees from just £100 and no fees higher than £1000. Our agents do not operate on any commission basis and do not charge any additional fees, unless expressly agreed between the parties.
